Consulting

Grief Simplified helps organizations move from caring intentions to clear, practical action.

Through grief-led consulting, I support schools, workplaces, service providers, and community organizations in identifying where grief support is missing, inaccessible, or placing too much burden on the people already carrying the loss. Together, we examine policies, practices, training, communication, and service pathways to understand what is working, where support is breaking down, and what can be changed.

The work is trauma-informed, practical, and grounded in the belief that grief should not become harder because a system is confusing, fragmented, or unprepared.

Consulting may include grief-responsive policy review, staff education, program development, service audits, resource design, advocacy strategy, and guidance for supporting grieving children, families, workers, and communities.

The goal is simple: help support reach people when they need it most.
